Found this one a little while ago today. I seen the obverse first and said ALL RIGHT! then turned it over . Bad Thad, does this qualify me to win your next Verdi-care/Verdi-Gone contest or is this one too far gone? Thank you all for your input,John1

Noooooooooooooooooooo!

I always get nervous when I pick up a nice '88, '92, or '99 and get ready to flip it over - I'm afraid I'll see the same thing and it will be THE ONE.

Oh the humanity!

Yeah, the '88P is pretty rare, the '88D is even harder to find.

That thing has more potholes then a Connecticut spring and that sucks, nice find and that would be my luck on my first dbl , my current box is yielding 20-25 1980's LMC's per roll and it's making my eyes go batty

Scobby:

Did you ever find a 88P RDV 006? I've been pretty lucky and have found 3 so far.

I hope one of us finds that 88D. That's worth a real nice piece of change!

John1:

I don't know what can help the reverse on your 83.

Hopefully Bad Thad's stuff might work! That looks like a lot of zinc rot on that reverse :(

chuckster, no I haven't found either. Been on my radar a long time, though. If you've found three - that's awesome!

John, I don't think even BadThad's product can save that one, but I'll let him answer that. I hope it can, but I think it's too far gone. It can probably just help stop it from getting worse.
