It's called a misaligned die. Only worth a premium when part of the lettering is missing.

Nice photos BTW ....

Let's also look at the reverse folks ..... looks like something going on at 10:00 ..... a grease filled strike perhaps to weaken the "D' and "S"?

So ..... this appears to be a MAD obverse with a grease filled strike reverse ..... certainly worthy as a keeper in my book for the price of one cent.
