Barr (Non-Star) Ones - Stack Of 100

Random New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 06/21/2010 5:19 pm I have come across a stack of 100 Barr ones with consecutive serial numbers, crisp and apparently unc. Interestingly, they are still in the bank "wrapper", the band around the bills is mostly intact. It looks like there was a small tear in the band (maybe 1/4 inch) which was taped, but I have no idea how to tell if the band is authentic ( I feel that it is, given the nature of the bills.) I haven't been able to get a good reference value on such an item, but it seems a bit unique to me. Thoughts about value? Report this Post to the Staff
