I was looking at the latest greysheet and the price for this set reads $210-$230. Checking freebay, I see it has been selling for under $25. There are some others listed as well that are way up there. Any ideas why they are listed so high? Are they expected a big rush on these or what?

1957 Mint Sets in the original government mint set packaging aren't going for under $25. 1957 P and D coins put together as a set seem to be, but all OGP 1957 Mint Sets are going (and have gone) for triple digits.

Just an observation.

My mistake. I was confusing the proof and the mint sets.

I thought that might have been the case. The '57 proof set has always been cheap. I got mine about 5 years ago for $17, and I see the price hasn't moved much since then.
