Following the ceremony, Camacho and Moy handed out new Guam quarters to those 18 years old and younger to commemorate the event. Adults exchanged their currency for $10 rolls of Guam quarters.

Okay... If the above coin is truly MS, it looks to be about MS-64 of even MS-65...hard to tell with the lighting, though...
