VF-25 is my vote, pretty worn leaves on the reverse and in hair on obv. kind of hard to grade with "going away" pics.

The pictures are a weird angle but I like EF-40 for this one.

I don't think this would make EF with all that wear on the Reverse leaves so I am going to say VF also
