Would like someone to confirm/deny 5 is slanted/pointed, and if the pit mark makes this cent collectible. Thanks.

It looks to be pointed but it's hard to tell with that resolution. the coin probably wouldn't sell for much (or at all) but if you're needing it for your album, there is no harm hanging onto it until you get a suitable replacement.
Is it a small bead or large bead obverse?

It looks like it's likely pointed but it';s still hard to tell because of the poor quality images.

It's a blunt 5. We also don't know if it's large beads or small beads because we need
to see the obverse to make that call. I've been through a few thousand of these lately,
and have seen 5's that are almost square, to 5's that have a decent slant/point to them,
to 5's that sort of bulge at the end. All are blunt. Forget about what the end of the 5
looks like, and whether or not it's slanted. The Charlton picture of the pointed 5 is not
great. When I'm done searching through all of my 1965's, I'll probably start a thread
that will show the variations, because this is one of the most wrongly diagnosed varieties,
and the topic comes up a lot. Here is a scan I took of the PT5, notice in particular the
length of the point, and how close it is to the maple twig.

Thanks to all who replied, and a special thanks to 1cent for his great picture and comments. I can say with certainty that my coin is not a pointed 5.
