I can't tell if that is chatter on the coin or just the picture, if not I'd say MS-64 with a shot at MS-65. If it is chatter than I would say MS-63.

I say MS-63. Without all the tiny marks I would've said MS-64.

MS 63, but I think its been dipped the REV chater is not bag marks..it toning someone tried to clean up.....a shame.

Those reverse little spots looked really weird. I was wondering what they were.

I could not find "chatter" in the forum glossary. What is "chatter?"

I've seen that "speckled" look before, and consider it a planchet/mint wash thing. Maybe I'm wrong. If the coin has been cleaned, they did it right - I don't see any sign of it. Typical great San Francisco strike, MS63+ and possibly Prooflike.
