Need some help. I found roll searching a 1982 Canadian Cent that felt noticeably smaller. It measures 18.79mm, it should be 19.1mm. Is that enough for it to be collectable and have a premium? It weighs 2.5g which is normal. Thanks in advance to all, John1
Oh, I see. All 12 flat areas seem to be untouched. Any idea if the RCM used a riddler then? I can see a coin too small falling through a riddler and getting into circulation that way. Are these common? Value? Another thought, does the RCM make coins for other countries (1982)? John1
