Greeting to everyone!

I have a problem finding right capsule.
I have a nice set which has 30 mm coin in it.
The coin itself is perfect but capsule is in bad shape...
I'm trying to replace the capsule.
I have bought almost all available brand of plastic direct fit capsule for 30 mm coin BUT those capsules has bigger outer diameter than original...and it doesn't fit in the box...
Some lunatic decided to make all brands 36 mm outer diameter. This is because those capsules has outer grid...
Is anybody know the brand that has smooth outer side? and diameter 34 mm?

Thanks in advance to everybody who can help with information.

you can take a look here

If you don't find what you're looking for try giving them a call and see if they can help locate the right capsule.

Thanks Metalman

Unfortunately using a ring is not an option for me...
On the bottom of that page there is small list of direct fit capsules (no ring) but they have only 30.6 mm...

Lighthouse do have coin capsules for most sized coins. The problem is that you have to buy them in bulk. Some years ago, I added a nice FDC gold 1937 George V1 5 pound piece to my collection, which I received from Spinks in London. Because it was a single, and unprotected, an acrylic capsule was appropriate for it's protection. I headed for one of the main dealers in Sydney and procured the right sized capsule for my coin. That cost me 50 cents.

It is common for proof sets that have encapsulated coins to be sold as individual coins by the dealer. While I was at it, I also bought a box for holding a single coin, that fitted the capsule, so that my 5 pound piece is now encapsulated and housed in a plush metal box with plush leatherette finish. The total cost was 3 dollars.

Thanks to all who was trying to help. I really appreciate it.
Probably I didn't explain my problem properly.

There is no problem finding right size capsule for the coin. There is a coin dealer shop in the next city which has probably all possible sized of Lighthouse brand coin capsules

I have 1989 Proof Maple leaf coin set which is cased in beautiful presentation maple wood box. The capsules form the 30 mm coins have scratches which make that set, let's say, less beautiful.
Coin perfectly fits in Lighthouse 30 mm capsule, BUT the capsule doesn't fit in the box as EXTERNAL diameter of Lighthouse capsule is bigger that original mint capsule.
The problem is with extra edges around the Lighthouse capsule. Those edges makes capsule bigger.

Anybody knows any other brands of direct fit that comes in size of 30 mm and don't have those extra edges?
