From the pics I would say at least MS63. Can't see any obvious areas of wear, would be better to be holding it in my hand, but it appears like a very nice coin.

I'd grade it at MS-64, nice looking coin.

there are a few heavy scratches on the feathers that cant be seen right now. when I hit 50 I'll repost the pictures. I agree with 64. was hoping for 64+ but I think the rev. feather scratches will strip that away.

I agree with echizento. If the coin looks anything in hand like those pics, I would give it at least a 65. I see the marks on the feathers, but they don't look heavy at all from the picture, especially when you consider that blown up photos usually make marks much more obvious than in hand. The fields look extremely clean.

Hmmmm 65 would be great but I just don't know. The coin looks just like the pics but there are some of those marks in the field that can only be seen from an angled light that are extremely superficial and really only disrupt the luster a little. Plus I got it for 64 money.

The MS-65s I have seen look cleaner than this one. There are quite a few nicks on the eagle. So I give it a MS-64

I agree with AdamE. The strike is pretty soft (but certainly not atypical for this series).

It looks like a nice MS-64 to me. Very nice!

Yea, I think the eagle marks are the only thing keeping this from 65. Very Nice 64 though.
