Yes. Brockage errors did occur. That one doesn't look a clear brockage to me though.

Here is an example I have of a silver denarius of Septimius Severus from the mint of Emesa, minted between A.D. 194 and A.D. 195.

Did-Brockage-Errors-Exist-Back-Then?

This isn't a very nice on and there are much nicer ones out there.
