Hi and welcome to the forum. Let's see if we can help.

This one's not technically a "coin". It's a British commemorative medal, apparently struck somewhere around 1795 for the royal wedding of the future King George IV to Princess Caroline. She was the "Princess Diana" of her day - quite popular with the general populace, but not well liked by the royal family, especially her husband.

As to price, sorry, but I don't have a British medal catalogue. I have seen these at coin club meetings and I think they're fairly common for medals of the period. I'd guess (emphasis on "guess"! ) somewhere in the $10 to $20 price range?
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
