Im not really a note collector, but I do try to keep my eye out for radars & star notes etc. I received the following as some change today.
Am I correct in assuming that these might carry a small premium due to the pristine condition, sequential #'s and the semi-low #'s(hey they start with a 0 right)? The #'s are: 08822280 & 08822281.
Anyhow just thought I would share.

I wouldn't say they carry a premium. The first is a trinary, nothing out of the ordinary about the second...

Those are painfully close to bills that I usually pay at least $10 for. I am putting together a binary set of 2 & 8s.

Now 'that' sounds like a very neat and fun thing to do karrlot. I would imagine that it is pretty slow going, but exhilarating when you find one.
