I have never seen this coin before but I will give it a stab
A- lustrous but it looks like it has a bit of light rub on the high points so I call it AU58. If the "rub" is just some surface dirt and not wear, then MS63.
B- very baggy but still has a good amount of luster. Noticeable wear on cheek, wreath, and braid so I call it AU50. B also appears to be a later die state than A based upon the appearance of the denticles.
