It's a Chinese cash coin struck by Boo-Ciowan (Board of Revenue), Peking, in the name of emperor Jen Tsung, 1796 - 1820.
The top image (the reverse) needs to be turned 75 degrees counterclockwise, the bottom (the obverse)- about 105 degrees clockwise.

Name on the coin is Chia Ching (top and bottom, 4 character side). Coin is cast, from a sand mould. They came originally in tree-like castings, so the bump on the edge may be where the casting sprue was not quite removed properly
