The first one may be a partial collar.
Second one?
The third one definitely an off center coin.

The first coin was rolled and squeezed outside the Mint. Its resemblance to a partial collar error is purely superficial. The second nickel may have an embedded strip of copper. Hard to tell without a close-up photo. The quarter is an off-center strike.
Error coin writer and researcher.

But what would cause the extra weight?

Nice finds by the way especially the off center strike.

I suspect hybrid's scale has provided an inaccurate weight.
