It appears to have a rotation of 45 degrees, IF you flipped it 'heads over tails' when taking the picture of the reverse, instead of 'side to side'. This may command a tiny premium on
ebay, but the majority of rotated coin collectors just stick with rotated coins of at least 90 degrees. That said, there were probably only 4 to 12 dimes made this year with rotates of at least 90 degrees, so maybe this one might actually get up to 25% more than it's value without the error.
