Don't know what this one is? Notice IGWT how it is so far away from the rim,and LIBERTY too.On the reverse ONE CENT is far away from the rim. All help appreciated,Thanks much.John1

Yeah, that's broadstruck...struck without the retaining collar around the coin. You will notice that it is larger than a normal cent. This is a legitimate error coin worth a few bucks.
