Couldn't find much info on this. A brief mention by George Manz. Its not in my Charltons. Anybody have a sense of the value of this? I have a 1962 and 1963 with a similar Die Clash.

It appears like an Arrow Head is coming off the First Nation Dude in the front of the Canoe.

It is his feather. So what is the die clash? These two coins were in 2x2's clearly labeled as "Arrow Head" variety. One had a sharpie circle on the plastic around the feather.

Here are two 1962 Dollars side by side. One Aborigine has the feather one not. What gives?

The arrow head is right behind the natives head from his feather to his shoulder pointing towards the third tree branch and there is also a die clash from his elbow to the cargo behind him you might have to tip the coin at different angles to see it.

Thanks Papeldog. The top shoulder clash is clear on the '63, barely noticeable on the '62. However the elbow to cargo clash is very clear on both. It even shows in the photo. I will have to play with the lights to get clear photos of the arrowhead variety. Very cool. Tip o' the hat!

I got a good picture of it. You can clearly see the "Arrowhead" coming out of the native's shoulder. You can also see more die clash in the form a line coming out of his elbow.

This is from the same 1963 I posted the first time. What a difference light position makes.

Had these in file. The 1962 PL Set is much rarer. The MS doubled arrowhead is fairly common.
