Here is another 22 Lincoln Cent with a rather weak D compared to the other parts of the coin. Is this a weak D? Note the huge die cracks on the reverse, through the O in one, and the right wheat stalk, are these well-known markers for this coin? Thanks. Any opinions as to value?

It is not a die pair one and it is not a weak D. The only thing special about this coin are the three die cracks on the reverse. I have one with the exact same cracks. This adds a slight premium to those that collect either die cracked coins or just like the 1922-D issue (me). These are pretty hard to find with the three cracks.

Are those cuts (damage) on the portrait or just stains? It also looks like some sort of residue on the reverse. The coin could use some light conservation. It looks to be in VF condition, it's probably worth about $25.
