this signature is on a 2001 1 dollar bill, of all of the notes I've seen, I haven't seen this sig.

is it rare or valuable?

Or perhaps they write like that because they spent too much time visiting their doctors who wrote them out prescriptions.

I know that you would like the note to be something special, and somehow worth more than $1, and although I don't know exactly how many billions of this signature combination were printed, I do know that they all looked exactly like this. (That is a capital H, not an X). Paul H. O'Neill. That's just how the guy signs his name.
