In doing a search, it looks as though it was more popular years ago but has anything newer or better come out?

Any Book about coins has good info in it. Dated or not

I highly endorse the latest version of this book. If you want to know how pcgs grades (very important) and how to spot fakes (again very valuable information) this guide is a MUST HAVE. If you have any interest in collecting coins it should be in your library right next to the ANA guide to grading coins and the most recent RedBook and bluebook. Sincerely, John Leckrone
