1962 Penny (Proof?)

I think that there were no proof coins for this year but I just found a mirror finish looking coin from 1962
It looks like the one 1969S coin I think is a proof too
due to its very mirror like finish
I will get a picture on as soon as possible but was just wondering what proof coins (or Mint set coins from these years) would look like, and if it was any different from regular coins minted for those years

There are indeed proof coins minted from 1962, they were minted in philly and will have no mintmark.

I possess a complete 1962 Proof set in US mint packaging that contains a cent.

It probably is a proof cent. I recently pulled a 1960 proof while coin roll hunting. WOLF
