What can you tell about this German note? I've included a photo of the front and back. I can't find a date on it anywhere. It's enclosed in a plastic sleeve. It has a serial number (24667)on it. I understand it's emergency money. What's that mean? Thank you for the birthday greeting from the Coin Community Forum and rggoodie.

That is a local issue. There are plenty, some have even been printed on cloth.
You may find it in some specialized reference books.

Maybe I didn't answer to your direct question.
Yes, this is a note issued in the early twenties. Possibly in the box on the obverse you may find an indication when this note will be cancelled. This should give you a good hint of its issue date.
If you want to post larger pictures you can split the image into two: one for obverse the other for reverse and reduce the quality of the jpeg.
