RedBook G-4 value is $180, and the RedBook is usually quite high. Considering the grade and the spot, I'd imagine it would go for about $100 on ebay. On the positive side though, the spot may be removable and the coin is remarkable clean and mark free given the grade. Report this Post to the Staff

sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21786 Posts	Posted 07/28/2010 07:36 am Such a coin is scarce and therefore valuable, and although you may have bought it for a very reasonable price, you still end up being disappointed with it on account of it's condition. I have been collecting ancients for nearly 40 years, and I personally would prefer a common coin in VF condition rather than a rare one that is only just identifiable. Report this Post to the Staff
