Next time you feel like griping about ebay take a look at this sorry excuse for a sales venue that truly doesn't give a crap. They will not remove this listing or anything from this seller.

Yeah, considering the sheer numbers of people who participate in ebay, and the sheer numbers of listings at any given point in time and the never ending parade of people who would rather deceive than trade honestly (a minority, but still a staggering number, to be sure), ebay does a "pretty decent" job of policing their site. Part of the problem in trying to police the site is that it is never static...it's a guhzillion moving targets, some of which belong to bad guys. Sometimes the police miss the target and sometimes they hit a good guy, but IMO they are always well-intentioned.

I'm one of those people who sometimes get caught up in deriding them, like when they pull a bad listing two days after it has closed, but I'd be seriously bummed if they suddenly went away or told me to go away and not come back.
