I would say xf40. I say this because I see some wear on cheek and the beard. I could be a bit off on my grading... It's hard to tell with pictures. I think it's a beautiful coin.

Is that corrosion on the reverse?

If it is I will still give it AU-50

Yes, that is corrosion. I don't own the coin, but I'm thinking of buying it in an online auction tonight. I just really like the look of it, even with corrosion.

I'd give it an XF-45. Better than 40, but not quite AU imho.

I agree with the high XF-45 opinion. Others might say AU50. Wasn't too sure about the wheat lines on the right on the reverse. It appeared that some might be joined (by wear) and if that's the case, it will fall out of the XF grade.
