Hello fellow collectors. I am an advid paper money collector, mostly Canadian Currency. I have in my collection 5 - 1935 $1 US notes all in f - vf condition.

sn/ W77372157F 1935d series
sn/ L44461489F 1935d series

I do not have access to a book to see what the value of these notes. Any help would be appreciated. I have had these notes for a number of years and if they are not worth anything, at least they get alot of attention from Canadian collectors.

Thanks

Thanks John1

I wasn't sure on the value, but there are still nice notes for my collection. If anyone here needs any help with Canadian Currency...I will get you values of your Canadian notes.
I am looking forward to collecting some more US Notes....Is there anything that I should know about collecting US Notes....anything special that I should look for? I know radars, errors, inserts or replacement notes are in high demand in Canada...I would presume they are collectable in the US also? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Welcome. There is an international money section here and some neat notes posted by members.

Binary's, solids, ladders, super repeaters, maintain their value and certain Stars are valuable. Stars for print runs of 640,000 or less and runs of 320K or less highly sought after.

3 / 4 digit radars, "mini" this and that go rather cheaply on ebay. It's also a place to get a good feel for what is "collected".

Peace
