I will try this again. I would like to know what it is and when it was minted. It is the size of an old silver dollar and I believe it's silver. I sure hope the correct images are attached this time.

Well, the reverse appears to be advertising material for life & fire insurance. And it's Belgian and rather beautiful. My guess, late 19th/early 20th Century

Seems to say contre incendie and sur la vie which =translated means against fire and on life.

It therefore appears to be an advertising token for the insurance company advertising fire and life insurance

From the design, I would guess 2nd half of 19th century.
The engraver J.P. Braemt lived from 1796-1864. It looks like he signed Braemt F.
