Just finished a box of String & Sons' wrapped cents and found the following:254 wheaties. One 1916 in g-vg,one 1919 in g,1944 in xf-au and a 1944-D in xf-au.Found 18 wheats in one roll,14 in another roll and two rolls that had 12 in each. Not too bad,it's the most I have found so far Thanks for reading, John1
With all these Wheaties still in circulation, it leads me to believe that there's enough money to go around without printing trillions of dollars. I barely get 2-3 from 1940-49 and that's in Canada, though. Good score, OP!
