I believe this is an Ethiopian 1/32 birr. Can someone confirm this, and give me a hand with the date? thanks

I need a date too, but my wife would probably kill me; and my eyes are also shot.
However this looks good to be 1/32 birr, which makes it EE1889.
KM# 11. Mintage 3,353,000. Size & weight unavailable.
F 4.00 VF 10.00 XF 20.00 UNC 60.00
As the denomination below the lion is legible, I'm assuming this was thesecond issue.
Krause says that these were:"Struck at the Addis Ababa Mint in 1922, 1931 and
1933 from newly prepared dies having corrected denominations
"
Rest in Peace

I will give the date a shot...looks like 10 / 8 / 100 / 80 / 2

so...10+8= 18x100=1800 80+2= 82 so 1882+8=1890/1

and I thought Arabic coins were hard.

I'd have to second alganbagerap.
1. There were no coins issued with the date EE 1882.
2. The last symbol may look like "2" only because of the line on the top. But that would make the symbol bigger than its "fellows" and it requires another line on top. I believe it's upside down "A" (though looks more like "h") which makes it a 9.
Rest in Peace

Maybe it is a 9, it was hard to tell by the size of the picture.
