Sigh. So far I have only seen pictures of the new quarters. But the Mint says they shipped my circulating set of 10 quarters yesterday - even though my card has not been charged and the dollar amount shows $0.

Possible clash or a gouge? I would think because of the progression, I would lean towards a gouge from a broken die, just my opinion....PS, Very sweet to find a progressive die failing...

robbudo,
I checked the rules and I don't think I can do any selling/trading until I've been a member for awhile. What kind of D error did you find on the Yosemite?

Well, folks are finally seeing this gem. I got my first in rolls and posted it on another forum. The early stage reveals it to be something other than a die gouge or fill. There is a clear set of lines that mimic the detail of the mountain. I think this is a doubled die, with a die fill to boot. These have been sent to Billy, so we will see. I took some pics and will post them here as well. El Capitan Doubled Die. Think that sounds neat. Better get your early, middle, and late die states before they get to five hundred, that's how cool this is to hold in your hands.
The full extra mountain is scarce as hen's teeth. One every other bag or so. Can you say Extra Leaf?
