I have a coin roughly the same size of a quarter dark bronze,one side has what appears to be an emporer and the other side a sail/flag ship of what I can make the date out to be is 1741.Any and all help is welcomed thank you.

Hello and welcome. I've got good news and bad news for you.

The good news is that we've seen these "coins" here on the forum before; see this thread for the most recent example.

The bad news is that we still don't really know what they are.

All we can say for sure at this point is that it's not a coin, and it's not actually from 1741.

Thank you so much, I was actually laughing about the very thing that was said about this piece being a gaming token of some sort,Because it belongs to my younger brother and he was wondering as well as I what exactly it was I looked through the Kraus catalog and never seen anything remotely close to this.
