I came across a star note today -- 1999 $1 New York.
My guide book says only 9,600 were printed.
A number that low should put it's value quite high (a star note of the same series from Cleavland is valued at $10 in very fine and $40 in uncirculated with 640,000 notes printed)
However, this bill is only valued at $4 uncirculated.
Could the guide be typo'd? Any other ideas for the seemingly low value?
