So I stop in my bank and talk to the one girl that actually somewhat helps me, asking for 2010 pennys, they dident have any(shocker). But she said someone brought in new nickels, she showed me a rool and they were 2005 ocean in view, she had like 25 rolls so I took them all. Pretty cool find, still lookin for the pennys though

Cool find. I'm wishing I had gotten a couple rolls of each of these at face when I had the chance.

AWESOME DUDE ! .....

Were these wrapped in Official U.S. Mint paper ?
Were they String & Sons Fed. rolls ?
Were they Bank wrapped ?
Were they Customer wrapped ?

Curious.....

I've got four or six rolls of Official U.S. Mint wrapped P&D 2006 Nickels....which is the first new design of Jefferson, and the same one on all them, forward onward for infinity now, (but I like the other designs of the Westward Series MUCH BETTER of course ! ....
I didn't discover the U.S. Mint website until very late in 2006.....
Wish I had gotten those at face when they were out there too, they are pretty special to me. I care nothing about the value of the BU rolls, I just "covet" them ! .....
Of course I have them in Circulated, Unciculated, and a bunch of Proofs in O.G.P.'s.....and in albums, and in folders, and in coin tubes, and in 2x2's.....
............ ..... .....

But I wish I had ALL of the designs in the official U.S. Mint wrappers.....MAN ! THAT WOULD BE SWEET !

25 rolls of "Oceans in View", is quite a find in such a large quantity!
Congrats Hokykid5! Are these going on sale on ebay or your personal stash?

My coin shop has 3 or 4 unopened boxes of the 2005 bison and ocean in view nickels for under $20 a box. Is that a good deal? Thought about buying the bisons to see if their are any spiked bisons. WOLF
