I purchase this Guatemala 1810 portrait pillar form a well-known coin dealer in CA US.Then I send it to NGC,it's the only one which NGC has had graded.Although it's could not reach a UNC condition,I was very content about its grade. It is not the only reason why I call it unique,it was double struck in date and FERDIN VII legend, and it has 15 degree backwards as well, all these features indicate that it is top one by now. I want know its market price, anybody give me some advices.Thank you!

Very nice! The only silver coin I could find while in Guatemala was the 1993 Quetzal. It was a centential coin. I had to buy it from one of the comercial banks.

Nice hard to find coin, but how about an image of the proper NGC label. This label is for an entirely different coin.

And please let's see the entire correct NGC slab with the coin and label both showing. I am not sure I like the look of this coin either, I'll have to stare at it for a while and see what strikes me as odd.

Thank you for the better photos, nice coin. I am not sure I would call this coin double struck, looks to me more like the engraver repunched the date to give the coin a more symetrical look and these are ghost images of the prior punches where they were ground over. Either way a nice high grade example of a Transitional Portrait that is a 3 year only type.
