I know this coin will cost a lot of money and I am just afraid to buy one off of ebay. I don't want to spend that kind of money and it turn out to be a fake. Where would everyone recommend me buying one from where you are confident that you are getting the real thing? All input is appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

Understanding the diagnostics of this coin is key. I think in this case a slabbed coin would be my best option for guaranteed authenticity. Would one on ebay be safe as long as it is slabbed by one of three you listed above? RollSeeker Valued Member United States 366 Posts	Posted 08/19/2010 2:44 pm You might try looking at a nearby coin show so that you can find the best priced coin and in the condition you want. I personally would only buy the 09-S VDB if it were slabbed, and as mentioned above, by a reputable grading company. Report this Post to the Staff
