May be, but I think difference is not so much, anyway it is caming from America in a large and slow galleon, I hope tailwinds help progress...

HMMM ... four weeks ... once you get the book write me I will send you a FREE CD companion set. Why? I have read your posts and they are quite spohisticated in knoweldge. Seriously.
