I found this coin on the ground and I'm interested in finding out whether it is authentic and what its origins are.

In case it's too difficult to see in the images, some of the Latin seems to read:

Leo de Tribv... and Franco Scotor... or something like that. The edges of the coin are very beaten up unfortunately.
