Broadstrike or scrap?pretty wore,but looks it may have a wide collar,,probably scrap,,

I think the wear is what makes it look more like a quarter with a broadstrike. Yes, I think it's worth scrap.

By the way, a broadstruck coin is one that was not struck with a collar at all. The idea of a "wider collar" doesn't make sense.

How about just worn heavily? It's been around 78 years, looks like circulation wear to me. And........not necessarily scrap. It at least has silver value, unless you have a hole to fill.
