Well the good news is Ken Potter as also seen it and agrees with Mike Diamond. An it's off to PCGS in the AM, I was thinking NGC as there holder is a better fit for showing the mint error. But I an still not sure any advice?

"A guy on a different site thinks the indent was form the second strike almost like a new plancett was on the edge. The indent is deeper than any of the field and I have never seen anything like it."
yes, and not a clip of any kind.
Imagine what the other coin looked like!

I spoke with K Potter on Sunday. He is feeling better for the folks out there that have met him or know him. I will be seeing him at the Chicago ANA and will be have this one with me. NGC slabbed the coin as just a strike though and I was told it's common. I do not agree on the common part! And and Indent is a strike though of sorts, but not the same by any other way other than the fact that something other then the die hit the blank.
