I have an Eagle Dollar that measures 1.602" to 1.603" diameter depending on which way you measure it. Is that a normal occurence in the Eagles? It's a 2010. And does that affect its value?

That is the normal diameter for all American Silver Eagles. 1.602" = 40.6mm

These are very large coins.
