I plan to buy it from my dealer, and immediately send it to ANACS. If it turns up as a fake, I will return the coin and get my full money back.

I'd recommend that you pay for the slabbing costs, but the dealer sends in the coin. That way, he won't think that you've switched coins on him if it comes back a fake.

yup I would also never buy one unless it was authenticated by a TPG.
