This is a Japanese Occupation note from the Philippines. These were never really accepted by the Filipino people and they started making there own Emergency money on whatever type of paper that they could find. If they were caught by the Japanese with these make shift notes, they were dealt with very harshly. These types of notes were know as "Mickey Mouse Money" by the Filipino people and after the war children would play with them as toy money. You can still find bundles of these type of note being sold for a few dollars per thousand.

thanks!

I thought it might be a minimal value item..
A co-worker handed me his "stamp collection" at work and asked me to evaluate it.
This just goes along with everything else he had.. all mint stamps but also all minimal value..
thanks for the help though..
I have some other paper money... US... silver certs and old $2 bills... I'll be back..
