Howdy y'all. Anyone from Texas on this board who could give a recommendation for good shops and shows along the I-35 corridor from San Antonio up through Dallas/Ft Worth or so?

I'm not looking for listing of all of them - there are so many. Just looking for recommendations of the good ones.
