Not sure what your ? is. It is a tilted MM but since they were applied by hand I don't think it has any added value.

To me it looks like it was hit at the lower part of the vertical bar. Just sorta making it look tilted. The metal looks pushed to that side

I can see a scrape coming down diagonally from the 1 in the date, most noticable in the second pic.

I was leaning towards that evaluation as well guys. I wanted to see what you thought. I also can see a scrape left side of MM where it angled it. Thanks.
