I found this in my stash of half dollars. The scan is sort of bad but there is a funky "inner ring" as I would describe it. It doesn't look to have formed through wear because it stops before and starts up after each letter and number in LIBERTY and 1964. It doesn't wear out those letters or numbers.

Anyone seen a similar coin?
