It is a zinc Third Reich Nazi Germany 1 Pfennig which I think is like a penny or cent in our denomination here in US. Looks like it has a D mintmark for Munich I am guessing. Unless the mintmark makes a big difference in value, I think this is only worth a couple US dollars at best. Welcome to CCF forums.
The white traces you see on the coin are zinc's own personal form of corrosion, and just as corrosion does on any other coin out there, the white stuff kills potential numismatic value. If you watch it over time, you'll notice it spreads and destroys the coin surface.
