I have come across plenty of morgans in those slabs and some are actually pretty well graded (not that I am saying they are a real TPG company) it is just a Coin World holder with a grade on it but they are not grossly over graded like most of the no name grading companies are. you can actually get these coins and it be a good coin with close to the correct grade and sometimes even the correct grade. I am guessing its just like the others where the dealer is slapping his stock in holders but this one is actually better at grading coins, I actually have a 1921-D graded by ccgs as MS-64 and everyone on this forum agrreed when shown a picture that it was a MS-64 coin when I asked in the coin grading area of this forum (without showing who had graded the coin until afterwards)here is a link to the thread https://goccf.com/t/5138&SearchTerms=1921-D

I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule here but from the coins I have seen they are alot closer to the correct grade than GGC or SGS or even NTC

It is, as far as I can tell, a one-man operation associated with a certain dealer. The dealer in question is just not as greasy and greedy as most. I may, of course, be wrong.
His grading is a little optimistic but not out of this world. I've done business with the fellow, and will again if he comes up with something I like.

For any one person or company........consistency would be a major factor in considering their grade over another.......every company has to start somewhere......but it takes integrity to become consistent...integrity to stand against the grain when someone very important says otherwise......to give accurate and fair grades despite any inclination from outside sources to do otherwise.......to resist the greed, the pressure......and the possibility of failure with no recompense aside from to do what is correct and right......Many dealers, companies and collectors can have fairly accurate grades........but many also can fail the test of integrity from time to time.......

I saw this picture on an ebay auction and they were actually using it as a good thing. I really thought the "Note:" was funny, I will let you see what I mean

I just thought that was a terrible advertisment, but it looks like SGS is proud that "almost every coin is a PF70 or MS69" I would rather a company undergrade them that to give a au50 coin a MS69

I've been watching CCGS for some time. It's pretty apparent given the numbers of CCGS coins available that howardsdirect is the one doing his own slabbing or, if not, is CCGS's major customer. While CCGS may occasionally hit one on the head, howardsdirect negative feedback speaks volumes about the quality of CCGS grading, attribution, and even identification. There is also some confusion between this CCGS ("Certified Coin Grading Service") and another CCGS, now defunct. The other was Capitol Coin Grading Service, another fly-by-night fraud venue which may have been linked to the Ohio retirement fund scam scandal of last year. The current CCGS lists its location in Michigan http://www.ccgscoins.com/ while Howard's Direct is in Ohio. Nevertheless, howardsdirect has been selling a LOT of CCGS coins over the past year and there's a definite strong relationship between the two. Avoid like the plague. Fred
